The Mandelbrot Set
This applet displays the Mandelbrot set. To get started, try entering the following values and hit Display
| Real Origin: | -2 |
| Img Origin: | -1.25 |
| Side: | 2.5 |
You can click and drag a zoom box in the display area. Hit the Zoom button to display the selected area.
The Back button will return you to the previous view.
The default text font size under Mozilla running on Linux or FreeBSD seems much too large. The applet has been modified to use a font size of 8 if not running in Windows. Let me know (www@hydrus.org.uk) if this is a problem.
